Job description

As a Channel Development Lead , you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and expanding sales channels to increase market penetration and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute channel development strategies across offline stores : modern trade, general trade, and distributors.
Develop and implement Route to Market (RTM) strategies tailored to target markets and product characteristics.
Plan and oversee the implementation of Trade Marketing programs across channels to boost product visibility and sell-out performance.
Analyze potential new channels and identify growth opportunities.
Drive performance in existing channels through targeted promotions, bundling, pricing, and campaigns.
Monitor skincare industry trends and consumer behavior to refine RTM, trade marketing, and channel strategies.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Min. 1 years of experience in channel development, trade marketing, or other relevant roles (preferably within FMCG / beauty / skincare industry).

Strong knowledge of Route to Market (RTM) strategies, including distribution planning, coverage expansion, channel mapping, and execution.

Solid understanding of Trade Marketing, including promotion planning, product display, merchandising, and program effectiveness evaluation.

Strong knowledge of modern retail and skincare / cosmetics distribution landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
