Overview
Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area, managing field teams, and coordinating with partner operational teams to ensure program targets are met. Responsible for visiting merchants, building relationships with PIC stores, and ensuring in-store promotions and POP materials are properly placed.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
- Daily visit to merchant and build good relationships with PIC store
- Ensure the program in its area runs well and the program’s sales targets can be met
- Ensure placement of POP material and promotions in store
- Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
- Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters
- Monitor the daily activities of Promoters
- Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any fieldAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionRequired Skills : strong leadership, ability to manage a team and area, good communication and marketing skills with social mediaPreferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalentFamiliar with MS Office and ExcelAble to work shiftingEmployment type
