Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
Establish operational benchmarks, set targets, and ensure performance meets organizational goals.
Drive store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address underperforming areas.
Implement training programs to develop employees' skills in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied customer.
Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high-performance sales.
Implement risk management processes and ensure regular audits are conducted to identify and address operational issues.

Requirements

Possess Bachelor’s Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00.

Have more than 10 years of experience as a Retail Operation Manager.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Have retail management skills (Opening New Outlet, P&L, Costing, Store Operation, and Training).

Fully understanding of store operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation.
