Overview
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and delivering measurable business results. This role bridges client needs with internal teams, providing strategic input, flawless project management, and proactive problem-solving to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing and digital campaigns.
Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy, production) to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Support new business initiatives through research, proposal development, and pitch participation.
Mentor and guide junior account team members to support their development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, and integrated communications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
