Director of Sales

General Requirements :

Diploma 3 in hospitality or related field

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience (Resort / Hotel & Convention / hospitality)

Excellent in English (spoken and written)

Excellent negotiation skills

Proven sales track record; handling government and MICE accounts is preferred

Excellent personality and attitude

Disciplined and team oriented

Head Chef

General Requirements :

2+ years culinary education

5+ years experience in a similar position

Excellent knowledge of Western, Asian and Japanese cuisines

Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices

Excellent knowledge of systems, ordering and inventory

Excellent communication skills

Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness

Good vibes in leadership and innovation

Asst. Chief Engineer

General Requirements :

Experience in the same position minimum 2 years at 3 / 4 star hotel

Good communication in Bahasa and English

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Love to work in a team with target orientation

Self-driven and highly motivated

Able to join immediately

Strong leadership
