We are hiring : Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across commercial, operations, product, and engineering teams. This role will report to the Operations Team and play a critical role in helping Baskit scale its ecosystem by ensuring data visibility, timely reporting, and business analysis that supports growth.

If you have 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome!), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with tools like Looker, we want to hear from you!

IMPORTANT : We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making across departments.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker (or other BI tools) to provide clear visibility into business performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in commercial and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into business insights and practical recommendations.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Proactively flag anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
