Lead WH Operations and ensure day-by-day productivity and safety are carried out properly.
Lead staff and team leaders and ensure warehouse KPIs are carried out properly and consistently.
Control and optimize warehouse cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Drive the team to carry out continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure the development skill competency matrix crew runs well and on time.
Responsibilities :
- Mandatory objectives (applied to all employees) : Implement and comply with the Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), and Government Regulations.
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to comply with operating procedures and HSE policy.
- Supervise the team to ensure the reliability of operational manpower, crane forklifts, and machine processes are carried out according to SOP.
- Supervise the team to ensure the process of managing the coil store is carried out on time and accurately.
- Supervise the team to ensure output packing and FG packing processes according to the daily target.
- Supervise the warehouse office to ensure good warehouse equipment performance and fit for use, including a license to operate the equipment.
- Coordination with Warehouse Inbound Outbound Supervisor to ensure preparation and space material are carried out properly and safely.
- Lead the coil preparation process to deliver to export and domestic customers according to the packing list.
Qualification and / or experience required :
Bachelor's degree in warehouse or logistics management / industrial engineering, majoring.Understand related WMS & WCS.Advanced Excel data analysis.Familiar with the data program Power BI.Six Sigma minimum green belt.Full understanding of stock take management and curation.Familiar with the Project Improvement System.Familiar with the A3 reporting concept.Familiar with M3, SAP, and Cognos application systems.At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
