Role :

Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base, empowering employees with the information they need to succeed.

Things You Get To Do

• Own the Knowledge Base : Take full responsibility for the quality and accessibility of all internal company documentation. When an employee can't find the right information, it's on you to fix the gap. You will build and manage a knowledge system that leverages AI to proactively surface information and answer questions.
• Drive Process Improvements : Proactively analyze why employees are asking questions. If the answer isn't readily available in our existing tools (like Confluence or Kappa), you'll lead the effort to make it accessible for everyone. You'll use AI feedback and analytics to constantly improve the knowledge base, ensuring it learns and evolves with the company's needs.
• Develop Training Programs : Evolve our employee training program into a scalable and robust onboarding experience. Partner with teams to integrate the knowledge base into the onboarding experience, replacing "trial by fire" with a streamlined process that ensures new hires can quickly find the information they need.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with department leads to capture and document critical team-specific knowledge, ensuring our knowledge base reflects the most current and accurate information.
