Job Description
- Monitor the work progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and schedule milestones. Provide guidance and direction to maintain alignment with the objectives
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that construction work meets required standards. Identify and address any deviations to ensure quality control from start to finish
- Work closely with the project team to monitor budgets and control costs, reviewing contractor claims, change orders, and invoices to ensure alignment with contractual terms
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks, working with project management to implement corrective actions. Facilitate prompt resolution of on-site challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions. Prepare and present weekly / monthly progress reports
