At PT Suri Nusantara Jaya , a leading company in Indonesia’s FMCG and food distribution industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that support the daily needs of families across the nation. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers nationwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Production, and Operations) to align supply chain strategy with business goals.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and technology for better forecasting and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and halal standards in all supply chain activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (FMCG / food industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, distribution, and demand planning.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
