We are looking for a Product Manager to support the continuous innovation of our Lead Logistics systems. You’ll work alongside experienced product leaders, gaining hands‑on experience while helping shape the future of how goods move around the world!

Market & User Research

Support conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Help synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

Product Development Support

Assist in defining product requirements and user stories based on customer and stakeholder input.

Help manage the product roadmap and ensure timely updates.

Support prioritization of features and bug fixes based on impact and urgency.

Collaborate with Digital / Data / IT teams during development sprints to ensure alignment with product goals.

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand‑ups.

Documentation & Communication

Maintain product documentation including feature specs, release notes, and user guides.

Communicate updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.

Prepare presentations and reports for product reviews and team meetings.

Be able to perform product demos.

Join customer meetings to understand supply chain challenges.

Help translate customer needs into clear, actionable product features.

Support in preparing and presenting product proposals.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams across product, IT, commercial, and operations.

Learn best practices in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.

Support senior team members in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Job Requirements

Experience

Proven experience within the logistics or supply chain technology sector with clear understanding of logistics processes.

Interest in PO Management, origin cargo processes, and / or destination management workflows.

Understanding of basic product management processes.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Personal Attributes

Proactive, curious, and eager to grow into a product management role.

Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.

Team player, someone that thrives working with colleagues across functions and cultures.

Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.

Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn supply chain costing and modeling.

High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability.

Affinity for technology and latest trends.
