Production Planning & Material Control (Automotive - Purwakarta)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short and long-term CKD parts forecasting based on production plans.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales, and R&D departments to align CKD requirements with market demand and product development.
- Create and optimize master production schedules for CKD parts.
- Monitor market trends and adjust forecasting methods to improve accuracy.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems for CKD parts.
- Establish optimal inventory levels, safety stocks, and reorder points to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Oversee warehouse operations and bonded warehouse compliance for CKD parts storage.
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas CKD suppliers.
- Negotiate lead times, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
