Job descriptionA bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimal 3 years of experience in a senior financial position A good understanding of financial business multifinance or peer-to-peer lending Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem solving skills Excellence in using job tools : Microsoft Excel; have ability using Oracle NetSuite Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Monitoring review development, and delivery of accurate monthly financial business transaction data to stakeholders in the organization
- Development and delivery of accurate monthly management accounts for managers, working to support teams across the organization
- Maintenance of monthly control account reconciliations
- Manages the risks involved in the financial activities of the business
- Estimates short and long term financial objectives by setting performance target
- Provide advice and guidance on financial procedures to subordinate / team & colleagues
- Provide cover and support for other members of Resources department as required
