Senior Comprehensive Specialist

Construction Phase Support

In the early stage of plant construction, execute translation of factory documents (Chinese to local language / vice versa).

Operational Phase Management

In the later stage, take charge of coordinating the management of comprehensive administrative and HR departments.

Compensation & Data Management

Responsible for the distribution and verification of salary data (salary, performance, attendance, allowance), and the collection and processing of abnormal data to ensure accuracy .

Recruitment & Staffing

Collect recruitment requirements, follow up on recruitment progress with the relevant department, allocate personnel according to business needs, and promote personnel transfer.

Training & Development

Organize personnel to participate in training, upload training attendance and other data, ensuring data is accurate and effective .

Employee Relations & HR Projects

Assist in resolving employee relations incidents and labor disputes .

Promote the construction of a "Happy Factory" environment.

Responsible for organizing and developing related HR businesses (e.g., organization / post change, post standardization, talent development, cadre management).

Travel & Logistics

Manage travel according to group requirements, including booking and accommodation arrangements , and processing travel expense reimbursement.

Meeting Management

Responsible for comprehensive meeting management, including venue arrangement, material preparation, and meeting notices , ensuring orderly execution.

Procurement Support

Collect purchase requirements for low-consumption items and three products, completing the purchase requisition process.

Job Requirements

Education : Bachelor's Degree in a relevant major.

Experience : 5+ years of professional work experience.

Language (Chinese) : Advanced proficiency is mandatory for high-stakes translation and communication with management.
