Responsibilities

  • Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with input from cross-functional teams for Cloud Services.
  • Provide input to the product management team regarding the development of new features and services required by customers.
  • Become an expert in Google Cloud and Huawei Cloud.
  • Monitor the latest developments in cloud products and technology.
  • Support sales visits to prospects and clients by delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical consultations to understand customer needs and design suitable cloud architectures.
  • Resolve customer technical issues related to cloud products.
  • Plan and conduct technical enablement sessions for enterprise solutions and delivery teams.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for internal sales and presales teams.
  • Provide training materials, demos, and documentation.
  • Support the sales team technically during the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially with Google and Huawei Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, security, and DevOps.
  • Professional certification in cloud computing (e.g., Google Cloud Professional, Huawei Certified ICT Professional).
  • Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
