Responsibilities

  • Assist the financial manager with administrative, financial, accounting, and budgeting tasks.
  • Manage income recording, including customer payments, invoicing, and reminders.
  • Centralize financial data to prepare account balances, income statements, and balance sheets in compliance with legal standards.
  • Verify the accuracy of accounting entries and report findings to the financial manager.
  • Handle invoice coding, data entry, and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform daily and monthly financial closings.
