Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance, frameworks, and methodologies.

Align project portfolio management with company strategy and business priorities.

Oversee strategic project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, risk management, and benefits realization.

Establish project management standards, templates, and best practices to drive consistency.

Act as primary liaison between senior leadership, business units, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Define, monitor, and report PMO KPIs to measure performance and value delivery.

Lead, coach, and develop PMO staff while managing resource allocation and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• At least 5 years in strategic roles managing large-scale projects or PMOs.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, governance, and transformation initiatives.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) / PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments)
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification strongly desired.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in managing complexity and driving change in dynamic environments.
