About the role

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Key Account Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening our key account relationships with Tecno Indonesia. This full-time position is essential in driving the company's sales and growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective account management strategies to retain and grow our top accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and communication
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address customer needs, while proposing solutions and services to meet their evolving requirements
Maintain and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers within Tecno Indonesia
Accurately track and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Provide support and mentorship to the larger sales team, sharing best practices and strategies
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing initiatives

What we look for

Proven track record of successful account management and relationship building in the sales industry

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with senior-level stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor more junior sales professionals

Thorough understanding of the sales and account management processes, as well as the competitive landscape

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
