Responsibilities
As An Area Sales Manager, You Will
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market growth.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the Jawa Tengah Utara area to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee and ensure the execution of trade marketing programs and promotions in the assigned area.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability across channels in the region.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and identify potential challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a regional sales team.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with the Makassar market and surrounding regions is an advantage.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Based in or willing to relocate to SemarangSeniority level
