What you’ll do
- Handle daily operations and client requests for the Hong Kong market.
- Join regular team syncs and ad-hoc meetings — being reachable and responsive during office hours is a must.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
- Stay active on Slack, share screens when needed, and maintain clear communication with managers & teammates.
- Support reporting, tracking, and other tasks as required.
