RCD Field Service Specialist

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• MUST experience in Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling operations either directly or been involved in drilling operations.
• Experience of working with upstream drilling equipment either in and Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Calibration, Maintenance, Repair, Troubleshooting, including system rig up / rig down.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills, including wiring.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic set ups and process flow diagrams
• Proven track history of running RCD’s and knowledge of pressurized equipment and systems
• Understand of the fundamentals of drilling systems and process.
• Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information to solve problems.
• Good understanding of Risk Assessment and Mitigation process
• Effective time management skills, able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks. Adept at exercising good judgement whilst being constrained by tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills are essential to provide colleagues with the information they need to work effectively as a team
