Senior Tour Consultant

As a Senior Tour Consultant , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless, high-quality travel experiences from start to finish. This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires not just industry expertise but also a strong service mindset — someone who thrives under pressure, is available to support clients around the clock, and can handle complex itineraries with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support to demanding clients with high expectations.
• Provide guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Design and manage group tours and bespoke itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate all logistics, including multi-leg flights, transfers, and on-ground activities.
• Negotiate with suppliers and destination management companies (DMCs) to secure competitive rates.
• Manage relationships with multiple agencies and suppliers across destinations.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new destinations.
