Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent grooming standards and professional presence
• Proficient in front office systems and reservation software (Opera experience is an advantage)
• A team player who collaborates well with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach in addressing guest needs and resolving concerns efficiently
