Description
Develop strategies to achieve business growth through analyzing market and planning expansion; determine glidepath to expand warehouse operations (and its strategic location)
Lead coordination across Indonesia and China Team, and ensure compliance with regulations and legislation both in Indonesia and China
Lead & manage product supply coordination and stock availability at destination by collaboration with PPIC / Operation team in Indonesia and Sales / Logistic teams in China
Collaborate with team members at destination in order to achieve sales volume and profitability target, by maintaining existing customers and acquiring new customers
Lead & manage new product development with Marketing and R&D team, determine launch plan & schedule
Track & analyze daily / weekly / monthly progress of secured orders & shipments, to ensure achievement of sales volume and profit budget
Actively involved in maintaining & strengthening relationship with customers
Focus on customer satisfaction by playing key role in managing issue resolution coordination (e.g. related to product quality, product supply, on time delivery, lead time delivery, effective complaint handling, optimal stock availability, etc); in order to maintain & strengthen customer loyalty
Job Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
Have min 10 years related experience, handling International Sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Fluent in English and Mandarin both writing and speaking.
