• Maintain updated knowledge of property facilities, services, and promotions to inform guests accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
• Prepare daily guest activity reports for management.
• Monitor guest satisfaction surveys and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Uphold HARMONI BALI’s service standards and values in every interaction.
• Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.
