Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Law
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal
Knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations
Having PERADI is an advantage
High standard of integrity and work commitment
Teamwork oriented, able to work accurately and under pressure
Proficient English skill both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics related to the business (corporate law and other government regulations)

Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust

Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

Maintain knowledge on updates in legislation which relates to the organization

Manage the Legal Database
