Accounting Specialist

About the role

Join PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park as an Accounting Specialist. This full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta will see you play a crucial role in the company's finance and accounting operations. Utilising your expertise in financial accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

Liaise with HR and bank to ensure that payroll submission data to the bank, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are provided and processed on time.

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial planning activities

Support the month-end and year-end close processes

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures and systems

Requirements :

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

1-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Mandarin language

Willing to work under tenant company
