It partners with trusted banks to offer market‑leading financial products that help Indonesians build great financial habits and live financially well. Its flagship product, Finetiks VIP Save , is a digital savings account offering a market‑leading up to 6.25% p.a. interest , with no fees , backed by Bank Victoria International — a reputable commercial bank with over 30 years of experience and nearly 40 branches across Indonesia.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proven relationship‑driven sales professional with a strong background in selling savings, deposits, insurance, or wealth management products to high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs) . The ideal candidate already has a trusted personal network of premium clients and can leverage these relationships to grow the savings under management (SUM) at Finetiks. You will play a key role in driving Finetiks VIP Save’s deposit growth by acquiring affluent customers, deepening relationships, and developing referral and partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear strategy to increase savings and deposits held in Finetiks VIP Save.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify, approach, and convert high‑value customers through your existing client network.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP and high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions that meet clients’ savings and wealth management needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and advocacy.
  • Cultivate partnerships with businesses, financial advisors, and community networks to expand customer acquisition channels.
  • Actively represent Finetiks at industry events, private client gatherings, and networking forums.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within banking, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of selling savings, deposits, insurance, or investment products to affluent or high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong personal client base and professional network that can be leveraged for customer growth.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, compliance, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
