The Marketing Executive (Project Bidding & Government Relation) plays a critical role in managing end-to-end tender processes for construction projects while building strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, and key stakeholders. This position bridges business development, project bidding administration, and government relations to support the company’s growth in the construction sector. The role also requires strong communication, market analysis capability, and the ability to collaborate with internal engineering and management teams.
Manage the entire tender and bidding process for construction projects from start to finish.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, proposals, and business presentations in line with company standards.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, vendors, and other key partners.
Stay updated on government regulations and requirements related to construction projects.
Conduct market analysis to identify new project opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support bidding and business growth.
Expand B2B partnerships with potential collaborators and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with the engineering team and management to ensure smooth execution of project-related processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement).
Strong understanding of project bidding and tender administration processes.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience or understanding of B2B collaboration and business relationship development.
