What your current role should be like?

• A leadership position in corporate finance or accounting with experience managing end-to-end financial operations, including compliance with IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven expertise in handling investor relations, capital restructuring, and financial forecasting in a dynamic, high-growth company.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially bridging operational and accounting processes, and implementing robust internal controls.
• Involvement in ERP implementation or similar initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with a track record of strategic decision-making and risk management.
