Overview
Cost Controlling Staff role focused on cost and inventory control within manufacturing and procurement processes. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day PO monitoring, variances, posting errors, end‑of‑month closing, stock takes, and master data reviews.
Responsibilities
- Cost & Inventory Control : manage AP Direct / Material, monitor landed costs, confirm APs, prepare payments and reconcile PO reviews in SAP.
 - Manufacturing oversight : daily PO posting, variance analysis, posting error correction, and end‑of‑month closing.
 - Stock management : conduct stock takes across all areas (in‑house & consignment), monitor adjustments, and check WMS errors.
 - Costing & Master Data : perform manual costing, error costing, review master data related to inventory postings, and generate reports (Purchase, YL, Bio Ethanol, Inventory).
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.3–5 years of experience in manufacturing cost and inventory control with SAP.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office products.Strong communication, detail‑oriented, and team‑player skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
