Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Factory Automation Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations by monitoring and maintaining our factory automation equipment. This role is suitable for individuals with a strong understanding of mechanics and electronics, as well as relevant experience in industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor facility equipment status and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and address any equipment breakdowns (Breakdown Management).
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve efficiency and reliability of production systems.
- Perform improvements and enhancements on equipment systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and reporting support.
Qualifications
Maximum Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum experience as Factory Automation Technician function for 2 yearsExperience in operating factory equipment, such as Conveyors, Lifters, AGVs, Stackers, etc at least for 2 yearsAt least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance (spare part management, monitoring, scheduling, and replacing mechanical or electrical parts).Experience with control programs, such as Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC.Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance.Skilled in using measuring tools.Knowledge of mechanical parts (Pneumatic, Gear Box Motor, etc.) and electrical parts (Sensors, Servo, PLC, etc.).Employment Contract
