Job Description
As Chief of Digital, you will report directly to the CEO, and you will be managing a team of multi-generational members. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Developing, implementing the digital strategies to ensure that the new e-commerce unit will be a key driver for the business growth.
- Leading the digital team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Overseeing the customer journey and digital marketing initiatives in order to achieve profitability.
- Monitoring, evaluating and improving the online customer experience.
- Analysing the e-commerce trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Managing relationships with external e-commerce partners and suppliers.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained across all digital platforms.
- Driving and staying abreast of trends and innovation in e-commerce channel to stay ahead in the competitive retail market.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Overseeing the design, development, and optimization of websites and mobile platforms.
- Ensuring compliance with digital data privacy and security standards.
- Defining and owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the company's e-commerce platforms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, UX / UI designers, and analysts to deliver high-impact digital products.
- Driving customer-centric product development using data, feedback, and usability research.
