Information Technology Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support internal and / or external networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network availability to all system users.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Maintain firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Provide Level 2 / 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network-related issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of network infrastructure, configuration, and procedures.
