Overview

  • Search for a school leader with a relevant masters degree in education or a related field, strong understanding of the Cambridge and Indonesian curriculum and education system, and ability to adapt and innovate within this framework.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that promote the holistic development of young learners.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with the broader school community, including parents, teachers, and local government, to continuously improve school services.
  • Oversee school operations, including budget management, compliance, and the implementation of policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • A relevant masters degree in education or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the Cambridge and the Indonesian curriculum and education system, and the ability to adapt and innovate within this framework.
  • A proven track record of driving school quality improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture.
  • English Proficiency : Fluent in speaking and writing.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in school management or a leadership role in the education sector.
  • Leadership Skills : Provide overall leadership and management of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Personal Qualities : Strong commitment to the development and well-being of young learners; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders; a team player who performs reliably under pressure.
  • Additional Qualifications (Preferred) : Hold a Principal Certification (NUKS).
