• Support the Sales Manager's needs for daily operations - Administrative tasks - Translation and documentation of meeting - Coordinate cross department and to external parties if needed - Act as a bridge communicator on behalf of the management - Make report for Management - Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree ・High conversational Mandarin proficiency with conversational level English ・At least 3 years' experience as an assistant and with 1 year experience as supervisor. ・Have experience in assisting with new company registrations ・Good communication skill, good work ethics, able to multitask

Experience in medical tool device industry ・Working experience as Assistant Mandarin Speaker in Chinese company
