Overview

Hiring for Fast Moving Beauty Company! | Talent Acquisition Specialist at Glad2Glow | IISMA 2021 Alumni to Universiti Sains Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep expertise in beauty industry trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation within our product lineup.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to craft compelling product portfolios, define unique selling propositions (USPs), and develop briefs for point-of-sale materials (POSM).
  • Spearhead ideation for new products and product lines, ensuring Glad2Glow stays ahead of industry trends and consumer demands.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis, providing strategic recommendations to strengthen the brand’s positioning.
  • Lead and mentor Product Development Executives, ensuring seamless execution of product development initiatives from concept to launch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of local and international beauty market trends, including products, ingredients, and evolving consumer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of skincare / makeup ingredients and a passion for beauty innovation.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide product managers and collaborate across teams.
  • Skilled in market research and trend analysis to drive product development strategies.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and prioritize product features.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative beauty products.
  • Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) from South Jakarta
