Strong track record in handling dynamic environments with large workforces and operational complexity (blue-collar is a must).
Background in fast-moving industries , preferably F&B, retail chains, or manufacturing / logistics .
Familiar with challenges in managing decentralized operations across cities.
Experienced in handling industrial relations and employee engagement.
Agile, empathetic, and fast-responding—able to work under pressure with a solution mindset.
Hands-on leadership style with ability to “walk the ground.”
We are seeking a strong people leader to manage and scale the Human Capital, General Affairs, and Admin functions in a high-growth, fast-paced F&B environment. This position requires someone with exceptional execution skills, empathy, and operational discipline to manage a diverse workforce (white-collar & blue-collar) across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end HR operations : talent acquisition, people development, performance management, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
Lead GA & Admin support for operational continuity—ensuring facilities, licensing, and assets are well managed.
Manage labor-intensive teams across functions, especially in restaurant operations and logistics.
Build a strong employer brand, engaging culture, and aligned people systems to support business scaling.
Act as strategic business partner to BOD on people strategy, workforce planning, and organization development.
