Business Development (Ex - Headhunter / Consultant)
As a Senior Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in driving business growth for our outsourcing and headhunter services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and delivering customized workforce solutions that align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the outsourcing and recruitment (headhunter) sectors.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision‑makers.
 - Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
 - Collaborate with internal recruitment and operation teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
 - Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective business strategies.
 - Achieve and exceed individual and team business development targets.
 - Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with company standards.
 - Provide periodic business development reports and updates to management.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in outsourcing, headhunter, or HR services.Proven track record of achieving targets and managing key client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong business network, especially within corporate and HR circles.Result‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Willing to travel for client meetings when necessary.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large‑scale clients or multinational companies.Understanding of manpower outsourcing regulations and recruitment processes.Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.Benefits
