About the job ERP Legacy Analyst / SAP Analyst

Status : Contract Extended

Workplace : Onsite (South of Jakarta)

Job Summary :

This role is to oversee and support data aspects of our SAP project across the SSEA & Indonesia region. The Application Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring application and data is effectively managed, transformed, and utilized for the success of SAP initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet business requirements and drive insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Strategy and Planning, aligned with SAP integration strategy and collaborating with key business, global team, project team and IT stakeholders to achieve common objectives
Integration Development, by leading and working with Global / Sector IT and external vendor, ensuring development and infrastructure set up is met business and IT objectives, along with comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.
Identify, document, analyze and, if required, challenge the requirements, ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims
Support SAP projects across SSEA and Indonesia, including integration application, transformation from existing ERP to SAP, and analysis.
Evaluate all systems, applications, business process flow, data integration, and development to ensuring application and data is reliable and accessible for SAP project.
Closely monitor project progress, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realization
Identify user / customer training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP Expertise and analyst roles

Strong functional knowledge of SAP OTC PTO RTR module and integration with other applications

Managerial competencies for Project Management and Business Relationship Management

Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions

Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically distributed team environment.
