Job Description

As an Interior Design Lead, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Developing creative design concepts tailored to the hospitality sector.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of property interior projects in Bali.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address design challenges.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Presenting design proposals to stakeholders for approval.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Interior Design Lead should have :

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing interior design projects within the life science industry.
  • Strong proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • A solid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
