Qualifications

2–5 years in UX research or related fields.
Prior work in product / tech companies is a big plus.
Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Research methods : qualitative (interviews, usability testing), quantitative (surveys, A / B testing, analytics).
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, R, or SQL is a plus).
Excellent communication & storytelling (turning research into insights).
Able to speak English fluently or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).

Study customer behavior, needs, and pain points.

Work with Product Managers, UX / UI Designers, and Engineers to integrate insights.

Influence product roadmap with data-driven recommendations.

Run usability tests for prototypes, features, and live products.

Conduct A / B testing and interpret behavioral data.

Deliver findings in clear reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations.

Advocate for the user in every product decision.

Monitor product performance through analytics & feedback loops.

Stay updated on UX best practices and research methodologies.
