About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading Insurance company , we are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join their dynamic technology team in South Jakarta . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about automation, quality, and ensuring robust software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of web and API applications used in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Katalon .
• Write and execute automated test cases for web applications and APIs using Postman and Swagger .
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues found during testing.
• Participate in the creation of test strategies and planning for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation of CI / CD pipelines with automated test integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation tests to improve reliability and performance.
• Document test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks to expand test coverage and efficiency.
