Overview

Monitor and develop corporate website as well as online Annual Report and Social Media pages. Develop and direct media relation strategy, seeking high-level placement in print, broadcast and online media.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with web content management tools
Coordinate all public relation activities
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content and coordinate cross department for Annual Report, press releases (by article and keynote presentation)
Monitor, analyze and communicate report results
Monitor daily stock prices and news developments on the stock exchange
Responsible for completing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report
Assist in the implementation of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders, as well as Public Exposes
Coordinate required CSR activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; a post-graduate degree is recommended. Majoring in business or related field from reputable university in Indonesia

Minimum of 5 years work experience in Investor Relations or Public Relations or Corporate Finance or Securities Companies

Have track record in designing and executing successful events or campaigns at both local and national levels

Strong relation with both local and national business and industry media outlets

Solid experience with social media (Instagram, Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Event planning experience related to Public Company’s events such as Annual Shareholders Meeting, Public Expose, etc.

Detail-oriented, multitasking, and able to meet deadlines

Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written
