Responsibilities

Leaders who execute our business strategies :

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. Exercise decision-making authority as delegated by the company and take full responsibility for the results.
• Collect and utilize essential information across the Group, Department, and Division, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all divisional operations.
• Continuously identify "Kaizen Points" across Group, Department, and Division tasks or business models, and implement effective countermeasures for improvement.
• Deeply understand the Company's strategy (Hoshin), support the development of the Division's strategy and long-term vision, and contribute to the achievement of divisional objectives.
• Foster people development by sharing knowledge with junior staff and subordinates, contributing to the growth of the Group, Department, and Division.
