Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Talent Management Specialist to support the development and retention of our people.
You will play a key role in identifying talent, designing career development programs, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the organization’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and monitor talent development initiatives such as training programs, career path planning, and succession planning.
Work closely with department heads to identify high-potential employees and develop individual development plans (IDP).
Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, KPI setting, and performance tracking.
Support the development and implementation of competency frameworks across job families.
Analyze talent data and provide reports and insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and talent development strategies.
Facilitate internal talent mapping and build a strong internal talent pool.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention programs to ensure employee satisfaction and development Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Capital, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
Solid understanding of talent management practices, including : Talent acquisition and talent pooling Performance management & KPI systems Individual development plans (IDP) Succession planning Skilled in designing employee development programs aligned with organizational needs.
Comfortable working with data and able to analyze performance evaluation results and provide development recommendations.
Capable of managing end-to-end HR / talent development projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Certifications or training in Talent Management or Assessment are an added advantage.
