You’ll create impact by :

  • Executing Process Automation projects from engineering to commissioning, including migration, digitalization, upgrade, and retrofit.
  • Supporting the Sales department and Proposal teams to design solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Participating in After Sales Service and Training for customers.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and growth.

You’d describe yourself as :

  • Having strong experience with engineering software in Process Automation and Instrumentation (SIMATIC PCS 7, SIMATIC BATCH, SIMATIC PDM) and communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus (DP / PA), Modbus (TCP / RTU), HART).
  • Possessing strong experience with engineering hardware in Process Automation and Instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level).
  • Having experience with Safety System engineering software in Process Automation (SIMATIC Safety System and Safety Matrix).
  • Being proficient in reading system architecture, wiring diagrams, process and instrument diagrams.
  • Experience in Factory Automation applications (TIA PORTAL, STEP 7, Distributed Safety) is a plus.
  • Experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications is a plus.
  • Experience in Software Programming (Node Red, Java, C#, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with Electrical Drive & Control is a plus.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, being self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities.
  • Being self-directed, high energy, with excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English.

    • Additional requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physics Engineering, or other technical backgrounds with hands-on experience.
  • Automation Engineering / Programming experience of 5+ years (including DCS and PLC).
  • Experience with IoT connectivity, software development, data communication, and data analysis.
  • Ability to lead and work as part of a team, bringing unique contributions.
  • Location : Surabaya, East Java - Indonesia
