Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Admin to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our finance department's daily operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company during this period of significant expansion.

Responsibilities

• Input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
• Review, process, and manage invoices, including verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure consistency with financial records.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and financial statements.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports and summaries, including expense reports and monthly financial statements.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining financial filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Assist accountants with month-end and year-end closing processes and audits as needed.
