The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space. You will join our Product team as a Director of Product, Payroll . You'll have a massive impact on our organization, and will help create opportunities for millions of people around the world.

As a Director of Product at Remote, you'll be leading a team of Group Product Managers and product managers, and guiding our global payroll strategy. You’ll raise the bar for our vision and product management discipline at Remote by fostering a team of kind, talented individuals doing the most impactful work of their careers.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job‑related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is

$181,000 - $204,000 USD
