Job descriptionMinimum Diploma‑3 Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 1 year relevant experience handling network environment CISCO CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred Good knowledge of basic networking / telecommunications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange Basic knowledge of all enterprise hardware and software in use within the enterprise Manage Firewall (CISCO ASA) Manage Proxy Server (CISCO WSA) Manage Wired and Wireless Network (LAN / WAN / Wi‑fi / SDWAN / VLAN) Manage Network for Data center (CISCO ACI) Manage Router, Distribution Switch, and other network devices Familiar with EIGRP Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field 2 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Accurate and strong attention to detail Familiar with PPAP, APQP, and FMEA Good knowledge of mold, plastic, and injection machine Close communication with other departments and / or customers for new development models and preparation for mass production Coordinate with mold maker / 3rd parties regarding tooling and product development Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics Develop test prototypes Identify solutions to improve production efficiency Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training Analyze all facets of production and make recommendations for improvement Obtain any materials and equipment required Create and maintain production documentation and procedures Responsible for capacity analysis and line arrangement based on customer forecast Participate in factory floor planning, layout planning, logistics route planning, and life‑support resource planning Ensure that the factory’s production capacity, efficiency, investment, and manpower achieve design goals or expectations Participate in the lean implementation of the factory, improving capacity and efficiency indicators, allocating resources, and promoting automation Review new equipment scheme (layout to delivery), produce FAT / LOP checklist and related documents Promote assembly, commissioning, and capacity climb of new cable per project plan Support software improvement of process capability, efficiency, defect rate, energy consumption, and cost of existing cable pulling equipment Implement technical standard formulation and audit of PLC program and robot system Audit key equipment changes and provide change control and technical support at site Audit electrical AM / PM form formulation and update Confirm risky spare‑parts list and update electrical equipment Review new equipment scheme (layout to delivery), produce FAT / LOP checklist and related documents Promote assembly, commissioning, and capacity climb of new cable per project plan Support software improvement of process capability, efficiency, defect rate, energy consumption, and cost of existing cable pulling equipment Implement technical standard formulation and audit of equipment structure and components Audit key equipment changes and provide change control and technical support at site Audit AM / PM forms related to machinery and update Confirm risk spare parts list and update machinery related equipment Analyze and design efficient production systems to optimize workflow, manpower, and resources Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Conduct time‑and‑motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions Support new product introduction by evaluating production feasibility and requirements Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and utilization Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work across departments Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Lead establishment of a quality system complying with customer and Indonesian laws / regulations Ensure system meets customer quality requirements and supports internal quality management system Establish sub‑factory quality management system and promote its implementation based on VDA and IATF 16949 standards Ensure continuous improvement of the company system through periodic reviews Prepare, support, and perform quality system audits;
